How much does it cost to get started?
Sharing a brief, the discovery call and your shortlist are all free, with no obligation to hire. Rates depend on the role, hours and experience, and we agree them with you before anyone starts.
How quickly can a VA start?
Most clients receive a shortlist within one business day of their discovery call. Many VAs can start within a week of being chosen, depending on interviews and notice periods.
Where are Amplify VAs based?
Our talent pool is made up mainly of experienced virtual assistants based in the Philippines, who work remotely and can cover US, UK and Australian business hours.
What if the VA isn't the right fit?
Tell us. We'll talk through what isn't working and, where it makes sense, introduce you to a replacement from your shortlist or a new search.
Can I contact a VA directly before hiring?
To protect our VAs' privacy, their personal contact details are never shared on the platform. Interviews are arranged through Amplify, and you work together directly once you hire.
Is it free for virtual assistants?
Yes. Amplify never charges VAs a sign-up or placement fee. Clients pay Amplify, so VAs don't have to.
